Determining the right dosage is one of the first steps to beginning a CBD regimen. Simply put, there is no hard and fast “recommended dose”– everybody needs a different amount to get the best results. This is due to several factors, like how quickly your body metabolizes the CBD and your individual endocannabinoid system.
This is why we recommend a “low and slow” approach. Start with 3-5 drops twice a day, for around 3 or 4 days, and note how you feel.
