Determining the right dosage for you is one of the first steps to beginning a CBD regimen. Simply put, there is no hard and fast “recommended dose”– everybody needs a different amount to get the best results. Our Slumber soft gel contain 25mg of full spectrum CBD, 5mg of Melatonin and 20mg of chamomile. We suggest starting with 1 soft gel approximately 1 hour before bed. We do not recommend more than 2 soft gels at a time. Do not operate a motor vehicle when taking this product as it may cause drowsiness.
